Unless otherwise stated, pre-owned, gently used plush/fabric items are lightly laundered or steamed and surface cleaned according to the manufacturer's instructions on the tags. Hard surface items have been washed as needed. PAYMENTS Payment is due within 24 hours for "fixed price" items. For auction items, payment is due within three (3) days of auction close. SHIPPING Orders are usually shipped within one (1) business day of receiving cleared payment. I ship daily Monday through Friday via USPS with tracking (signature confirmation not included).
